Casa Lucchesi is located 4km from the wall of Lucca. A typical Tuscan residence area where you can experience the culture in a rustic country setting with just minutes away from all amenities. No car is required (train nearby). This family court farmhouse is comfortable and welcoming for all ages and cultures. The Italian / Canadian family speaks English, Spanish and Italian.
Newly restored 2 bedroom suite (sleeps from 1-5 guests) with its original wooden beam ceilings dating back to the 16th Century. Located on the 3rd floor. Private kitchen for all guests, marble counters. Refrigerator with freezer, espresso and drip coffee maker, microwave, toaster, gas stove top only, kettle, iron and hair dryer. Living and dining area, TV, DVD player, movies for all ages, board games, books, tourist information pamphlets, 3 air-conditioners, mountain and country view. 2 bathrooms, washing machine, beach towels and linens. Free wifi Internet. Single or double beds available to accommodate you and your guests.
Outside: There is a gas BBQ, outside covered kitchen, swimming pool (8x4) for all ages, large Gazebo, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, sun beds, football table, bocce, toys for young children. Private parking space available for all guests.
Prices:
1 Bedroom suite: 625 euros weekly (125 euros daily).
2 Bedroom suite: 825 to 900 euros weekly (150 to 175 euros daily).
